中文摘要 本研究之目的在於瞭解台電高雄區營業處員工對授權賦能之知覺程度,並且探討在不同的員工的個人變項下,其授權賦能知覺、組織承諾與工作滿足感是否有所差異,以及探討授權賦能與組織承諾及工作滿足感之間的相關性,並根據研究結果提出建議,以提供各管理階層參考。
本研究以「台電高雄區營業處」員工為對象,共發出657份問卷,回收有效問卷346份,回收率為52.7%。本研究之資料分析法有敘述性統計分析、因素分析、信度分析、t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森相關分析、典型相關分析及迴歸分析,並以SPSS for Windows 統計軟體為研究工具。
本研究之主要研究結果發現:
一、台電高雄區處員工的個人特徵(性別、年齡、工作年資、婚姻、教育程度、職務層級及所屬部門部門)在授權賦能、組織承諾及工作滿足感等構面上,除少部分具顯著差異外,大都不具顯著差異。
二、台電高雄區處員工的授權賦能與組織承諾間呈顯著正相關。
三、台電高雄區處員工的授權賦能與工作滿足感間呈顯著正相關。
四、台電高雄區處員工的組織承諾與工作滿足感間呈顯著正相關。
五、台電高雄區處員工的授權賦能、組織承諾對工作滿足感有顯著影響。
六、員工對授權賦能之知覺程度,會透過組織承諾作為部分中介媒介發揮影響力,進而影響員工工作滿足感。
英文摘要 The main purpose of this research is to investigate the employees’ empowerment from Taipower Kaohsiung District Office. In this study, the different employee attributes were as the indifferent variable to explore whether if there exists differences between the empowerment, organizational commitment and their job satisfaction. Then, the relationship among the empowerment, organizational commitment and job satisfaction were examined. The results could be provided as suggestions to the related departments and managers for references.
There were 657 potential respondents from Taipower Kaohsiung District Office. Among the 657 questionnaires, 311 out of the 657 participants were excluded. That is, the response rate was 52.7%. The statistical method of data analysis was employed in this study includes the Descriptive statistics, Factor analysis, Reliability analysis, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson‘s correlation, Canonical correlation analysis and Regression analysis, through SPSS for windows.
The results of this study indicate that:
1.Most employees of different attributes (gender, age, tenure, marriage, education, position and work department) have no significant differences in empowerment, organizational commitment and job satisfaction.
2.Empowerment has significant positive correlation with organizational commitment.
3.Empowerment has significant positive correlation with job satisfaction.
4.Organizational commitment has significant positive correlation with job satisfaction.
5.Empowerment and organizational commitment have significant effect on job satisfaction.
6.Empowerment could play a role through organizational commitment as a partial mediation to affect the employees’ job satisfaction.
