中文摘要 柔性鋪面於服務數年後可能產生疲勞裂縫或車轍等破壞現象,在交通及雨水交互作用下,使得瀝青與粒料之間產生剝脫現象,當車輛高速行駛過後,裂縫處粒料即析離而產生坑洞(pothole),嚴重影響用路人行車安全,降低公路服務水準。本研究將坑洞發生情形量化為面積及體積數據,並依嚴重程度加以分級,對照坑洞發生期間降雨量及降雨天數資料,以了解雨量對於坑洞發生之影響。根據試驗結果,瀝青混凝土經由長時間使用,黏結料呈現老化情況,級配曲線也產生變化,使得鋪面產生裂縫或車轍,雨水藉由路面破壞處,滲入瀝青混凝土內部,使瀝青混凝土產生剝脫現象,接著受到交通量的反覆載重,將分離之混合料帶走,形成坑洞。鋪面坑洞防制方法,建議落實駐廠機制,以確保瀝青混凝土拌和過程中之粒料品質、拌和溫度與時間是否足夠。施工時需注意滾壓溫度與時間,同時避免新舊斷面出現段差等不連續面,縱、橫向坡度需一致,避免水滯留於鋪面上。材料性質方面建議使用改質瀝青取代傳統瀝青,提升瀝青黏度,增加鋪面承載力,減少坑洞產生機率,並使用水泥取代石粉,建議用量為2~3%。坑洞的修補需注意在施工過程中是否確實清除坑洞內積水與雜物以及確實夯壓,建議使用高性能常溫瀝青混凝土取代傳統常溫瀝青混凝土,減少坑洞再次發生的機率。
英文摘要 Flexible pavement in service a few years may have fatigue cracks or ruts and other damage phenomena, transport and water interaction in the next, making the asphalt and aggregates between the stripping phenomenon, when, after high-speed driving, cracks pellets from the analysis The resulting holes (pothole), seriously affecting traffic safety with pedestrians, reduce highway service levels. This case study will quantify the occurrence of potholes and volume data for the area, and be graded according to severity, occurred against potholes and rainy days during the precipitation data, in order to understand the impact of rainfall occurrence for the potholes. According to the results, by the prolonged use of asphalt concrete, adhesive material showing aging, has brought changes to the gradation curve, making the pavement cracks or ruts, road surface damage by rain at, into asphalt concrete within the asphalt concrete produced exfoliation phenomenon , then by repeated traffic loading, the separation of the mixture will be taken away, the formation of potholes. Pavement potholes control methods, the proposed implementation of the Mill mechanisms to ensure that the process of mixing asphalt concrete aggregates quality, temperature and mixing time is adequate. Construction should pay attention to rolling temperature and time, while avoiding the emergence of new and old sections and poor section of the discontinuities, vertical and horizontal gradient to be consistent, to avoid water retention on the pavement. Recommended changes in material properties instead of traditional asphalt bitumen, upgrading bitumen viscosity, increase pavement bearing capacity, reduce the chance of resulting holes, and use cement instead of powder recommended dosage of 2 to 3%. Pothole patching in the construction process should pay attention to whether there is clear water and debris within the crater and, indeed, ram pressure, high temperature asphalt concrete is recommended to replace the traditional asphalt concrete at room temperature, reducing the chances of recurrence of potholes.
