中文摘要 自行車產業面臨需求客製化與快速化的消費要求,產品生產需多樣少量且交期更短縮的競爭環境,製造管理能力需提升準時交貨率、生產效率、品質良率與降低庫存水平,才能維持企業競爭力。面對工業4.0浪潮下的新思維,若生產管理還用走動視察現場與人工填寫表單紀錄生產狀況的控管方式,已無法即時回應客戶要求,藉由導入「廠區資訊即時系統」(Shop Floor Integrated System, SFIS)控管廠區現場狀況,才能及時的應變廠區製造異常。
本研究以自行車輪圈製造流程為研究範圍,探討如何在企業資源規劃系統(Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP)中整合開發「廠區資訊即時系統」,並運用條碼辨識於物流、製造與品檢等流程作業,達成可即時輸入及查詢廠區生產狀況的目標。實證獲得成效如下:(一) 訂單達交率上升5.4%;(二)品質良率提升1.3%;(三)生產效率提高11.8%;(四)在製品庫存數下降21%。

英文摘要 The production mode of the bicycle industry shifts from mass production with a small variety of goods to customization production with a large variety of goods in the competitive environment with short leading time. The integration of a shop floor integrated system (SFIS) enhances the production management and sustains business competitiveness. This study investigates the manufacturing process for a bicycle rim manufacturer, in which a SFIS is integrated into the enterprise resource planning (ERP), by using bar code identification in logistics, manufacturing, and quality examination to achieve the goal of immediately tracking the production jobs and schedules. Thus, sales and production managers can synchronize the on-site production progress through the ERP, which is an effective solution to mitigate the difficulty of tracking the production schedule, enhance manufacturing efficiency, decrease WIP inventory, improve product quality due to the human negligence, and other problems. The obtained results indicate that: (1) the order fill rate increases 5.4%, (2) the production quality yield increases 1.3%, (3) the production efficiency increases 11.8%, and (4) the work-in-process inventory decreases 21%.
