中文摘要 企業組織內部在進行新產品或是服務等價值創造的過程時,往往是透過團隊的方式來運作,因為團隊能透過提供多項技能的結合,而隨著技術開發成本不斷提高以及產品生命週期縮短,傳統的團隊組成模式已無法提供解決方案及迅速回應顧客需求,企業及學術界紛紛導入開放式創新的概念尋求內外部資源的整合來因應這樣的變化,並藉由跨領域及跨界方式組成開放式創新團隊來達到合作及創新的目的。由於開放式創新團隊具有高異質性及多元性,因此在其整合運作過程中,勢必會面臨到許多問題與挑戰,而如何克服這些問題與挑戰,讓團隊成員彼此產生良好及充份的溝通互動、協調與合作成了重要的關鍵,因此,本研究希望藉由國科會跨領域創意加值計劃的個案了解高異質性的開放式創新團隊在跨領域合作中所面臨的問題與挑戰為何?在其團隊運作過程中運用的整合機制為何?並探討整合機制對於開放式創新團隊跨領域合作的影響性及重要性,進而設計及建立有效整合機制來因應及克服團隊整合運作過程中所面臨的問題和挑戰。

英文摘要 As open innovation paradigm has been brought up in 2003, the open innovation team is to be formed in more organizations from external resources cross different fields in order to survive and success in competitive marketplace. Open innovation teams are gathered from heterogenic professionals and work collaboratively. Although the functional competence diversity would facilitate problem solving and innovation process, however, it will be of necessity to face more serious problems and challenge because of team heterogeneity and diversity. Therefore, effective integrating mechanisms plays an important role for influencing team performance of the cross-field open innovation team during team integrating process.

This article explores problems and challenge of the integrating process of the cross-field open innovation team and which integrating mechanisms to be used by interview 9 teams of promoting program for cross-field creative scenario value-Adding of NSC. We found that problems and challenge of open innovation team included high diversity and cognitive distance, low social cohesion, unsafe learning climate, low proximity, low resource availability, and low reciprocal commitment. In order to overcome above-mentioned problems and challenge for completing team performance, formal (shared goals, commitment, and rewards) and informal (social interaction, trust and self-efficacy) team integrating mechanisms is effective and necessary.
