中文摘要 供應鏈品質管理是目前許多企業相當重視的管理議題,然而在現今電子產業中供應鏈交易模式大多屬於多重供應商交易模式,在供應鏈品質管理執行上,當其中一家供應商發生重大品質異常問題時,為了避免相同的問題重覆再發生,管理者要將品質改善對策水平展開到其他供應商時,但考慮到各供應商間生產製程管控方式、機台、參數等並不相同,要如何確保這些對策的導入對供應商品質改善與製程良率提升是有正向幫助,故本研究將透由實驗設計方法驗證這些對策展開到各供應商生產製程中,分析各項對策導入後的效果。由於有多重供應商不同製程的問題與實驗次數分配的限制,研究方法將使用實驗設計中D-optimal來找出設計矩陣,在演算法方面將引用林裕昌(2014)修改Fedorov (1972)的演算法,讓該新的演算法可以應用本研究的問題下。本論文將以TFT-LCD個案公司驗證,彙整蒐集個案公司2011~2013年間因供應商來料造成重大品質異常問題,將上述方法執行實際實驗,個案公司從該實驗結論找到顯著的改善對策,並將改善對策訂定在該公司供應商管理計畫書中,水平展開至各供應商製程中來達到多重供應商標準化製程管理。
英文摘要 The quality management of supply chain is currently emphasized by many enterprises. However, in the current electronic industries, the trade modes of supply chain are mostly belonged to the trade mode of multiple suppliers. While managing qualities in multi-supplier supply chain, if one supplier has critical abnormal quality problems, the improving actions should be deployed to other suppliers to prevent the same problem. It will be difficult due to different production management styles, machine operation and parameter requirements among suppliers. This research measures the improving actions from manufacturing process of suppliers by using design of experiments, and checks if it is efficient to improve product yield or quality. Due to the limit of different processes and testing of experiments by different supplier, this research use D-optimality to find the design matrix. The algorithm is based on the modified Fedorov’s(1972) algorithm by Lin (2014). This article provides a case of a TFT-LCD company, containing the major quality issues resulted by the income materials from suppliers in 2011 to 2013. We find out the improving action is obvious by the results of the experiments. In addition, the improving actions will be implemented in the supplying managing plan of the company. The acts will be extended to processes of other suppliers to reach the standardization of process management of multiple suppliers.
