中文摘要 企業的永續經營需要不斷的轉型及創新,以創造更多的價值來服務顧客。Kim & Malborgne(2005)認為價值創新是聚焦於客戶和企業創造價值躍進,進而開啟無人競爭藍海市場,對於亟欲轉型的企業,創造及進入藍海市場則是一個重要的課題,國內的貿易商因市場競爭激烈且替代性高,多元化發展及價值創新是持續生存的途徑,內部創業即是多元化發展及企業轉型的方式之一,個案公司即透過內部創業模式逐步由貿易商轉型為系統整合商、機電工程公司。其核心思維以共享資源為基礎,加上內部員工的專業及創業精神,進而發展出新事業來提供更多的服務及價值給客戶,這是一個值得探討及發展的策略模式。
本研究以Kim & Malborgne(2005)的價值創新五項途徑為理論基礎,透過深度訪談個案公司及其長期配合的供應商、協力商及顧客,以價值創新的觀點去探討個案公司所推動內部創業的影響及帶動其整個價值系統的價值創新。並輔以Albert Humphrey提出的SWOT、Michael Porter的五力分析及四角分析模型等不同分析工具,企圖以企業自身條件、產業競爭態勢及競爭者分析等不同面向來找出企業的競爭優勢及較為全面的分析。
在受訪者以價值創新的觀點來探討內部創業,最後歸納出的結果「顧客的需求」是六位受訪者討論最多的項目,反應出個案公司內部創業所帶來的價值創新傾向創造客戶的需求或期望。未來個案公司一方面仍會以內部創業的方式讓企業多元化發展,並從中培養專業經理人,另一方面也會持續價值創新以維持企業的競爭力,朝企業的永續經營及發展的方向持續前進。
英文摘要 Sustainable operation of company need to create more value for their client by continually transformation and innovation. Kim & Mauborgne (2005) believe value innovation is focus on how to increase creation of value for client and company itself and support them into blue ocean market. Thus it is important issue for those companies who decide to enter blue ocean market. Nowadays the trading company in Taiwan face huge competitive situation, therefore it depends on diversified development and value innovation to support companies to survive in this competitive market. The intrapreneurship will be one of good way to support company start to try diversified development and value innovation. The company of this case study will discuss how to transform from trading company to MEP engineering of system integrator.
The core thinking of this case is company resources share as basic plus professional of employee and inspirit of entrepreneurship to create new business to provide better service and value to client. This strategy model is worth to have deep study and be developed in business world.
And supplemented by different analysis tools such as SWOT and Michael Porter's five-point analysis and four-corner analysis model proposed by Albert Humphrey, they attempt to find out the competitive advantages and more comprehensive aspects of the enterprise based on the company's own conditions, industrial competition situation and competitor analysis. Analysis.
The interviewees discussed intrapreneurship from the perspective of value innovation, and finally concluded that the "customer needs" is the most discussed item by the six interviewees, reflecting the value innovation tendency of the Intrapreneurship of the case company to create customers reruirement or expectations. In the future, on the one hand, the case company will still diversify the enterprise and cultivate professional managers through intrapreneurship. On the other hand, it will continue to innovate value to maintain the competitiveness of the enterprise and move towards the direction of sustainable operation and development go ahead.
