中文摘要 「高齡化、低退休 、只有抗老,沒有養老」的現代趨勢,已經成為現代人要面臨的問題。從老年人退休生活的安排中發現,許多老人在樂齡中心的各種休閒運動器材都有特定的功能性,跑步機是老年人使用頻率最高的運動器材,但未考慮銀髮族操作跑步機介面的感受。
本研究以「操作可見性(Affordance)」為動機探討操作介面設計, 針對問題調查所得到的設計方針,從新設計三種跑步機介面並與體驗感受做綜合性的討論,運用四項通用設計主要原則 : 公平性 、 靈活性 、 易操作性及易感性於操作介面設計設計元素,改良系統使用性尺度量表 ( SUS )內容發展為新的十八項檢核內容 。
本研究以設計三種跑步機介面,邀請受測者在操作實驗填寫改良的系統使用性尺度量表 ( SUS ),解析出適合銀髮族的設計元素,訂定出操作介面設計之十八項檢核項目,産生出跑步機操作介面設計檢核表,再邀集受測者進行檢核表應用驗證檢核項目可以有效提升設計元素喜好度,並可以依照檢核表的內容設計出新的產品操作介面 。
本研究提出銀髮族的跑步機操作介面設計檢核表,讓設計者藉由檢核表評價結果,進而了解跑步機介面設計更貼近於銀髮族,提供介面設計後續修正方向,讓産品更貼近使用者。
英文摘要 The trend of " Anti-aging instead of elderly care" is highly concerned by modern people. Upon all kinds of exercising equipment, treadmill is the most popular which is poor at user-friendly interface, especially for elder peoples.
Base on the concept of Affordance, we focus on the problem from survey feedback, redesigning three types of control panel in order to discuss the experience under complex considerations. Using 4 main general design principles, which are "Equitable Use", "Flexibility in Use", "Simple and Intuitive" and "Perceptible Information", improving the System Usability Scale (SUS) by develop it into a new content with 18 projects to be examine.
In this research, three different control panels is tested by testers
which were asked to examine the model and finish the SUS survey. With the feedback data, we can analyze the design elements which fit elder people. And by weighting with different value, we create the panel design check list, then survey again to ensure the elements improve popularity of the model effectively, at last make the new interface of the module.
Designer can quantize the result of model by using panel design check list, further realize whether the element fits the core concept or not, and improve with follow-up revising.
