中文摘要 重視企業倫理乃是企業永續經營之道,企業與社會環境緊密結合,在企業經營中已不能單獨以利潤做為經營考量,獲取利潤的同時應兼顧利害關係人的權益,保持與利害關係人間的合宜關係,共創共好,因此企業倫理已成為當代企業經營活動中重要的策略。
本研究以策略實踐為理論架構,探討企業如何實踐企業倫理。採用單一情境多個案比較,探討企業倫理策略行動如何施行,在同一企業不同分店下會產生何種變化,面對公司的策略分店管理者將如何因應之。
本研究發現在策略實踐過程中,中階主管扮演重要的角色,對上承接總公司策略,對下向員工施行策略,對於策略的認知影響策略行動的產出,實踐者大量運用序說故事方式去實踐策略行動,呼應策略是說出來的。從實務微觀觀察策略實踐推行的過程與影響,歸納總結提供後續企業策略實踐之借鏡。
英文摘要 Emphasizing business ethics is key to sustainable business operations. Business and society are closely integrated. In managing business, an enterprise cannot deem profit as the sole business consideration. While profit-making is the primary objective, the business should also consider the interests of stakeholders. Maintaining a good relationship between businesses and stakeholders as well as focusing on business ethics are important strategies in contemporary business activities.
This research was based on the theoretical framework of Strategy-as-Practice (S-as-P), and discusses how to practice business ethics. By comparing the same situation between multiple cases, this study discussed how to deploy a business ethics strategy, the changes different stores could make for the same business, and how store managers could cope with corporate strategies.
In the process of applying S-as-P, this research discovered that frontline management played an important role as they connected the top and bottom levels. Their understanding of the strategy influenced the effectiveness of strategic activities. The practitioners extensively used narratives to implement strategic activities, echoing the fact that strategies are undertaken by storytelling. This study used micro-level practice to study the implementation and effect of S-as-P, and summarize the outcome as a reference for execution by future businesses.
