中文摘要 本研究針對國立成功大學學生於102、103年在大專校院就業職能平台(UCAN)參與「職業興趣探索量表」之施測結果進行分析。透過探索性因素分析與驗證性因素分析建立此量表(194個題項)之因素結構,並且,檢視此六因素結構之跨性別與跨學年度測量恆等性。此後,利用前述所建立之因素架構,進一步藉由集群分析、多向度量表分析方式針對全校典型科系在此些因素上表現之相似性作分群,同時檢視其效度,如此,奠定未來研究者拓展量表應用之基礎;最後,由圖形化分析結果探討各院、系在因素之得分狀況,清晰呈現各院系之獨特性與相似性,同時亦能觀察各職涯因素中各系之排名,檢視科系排名所反映之因素結構效度。
研究主要分析結果包括建立UCAN職涯興趣探索量表之6因素模型架構 ─ 「實用規劃」、「工程科技」、「法政財經」、「藝文社科」、「社會服務」、「領導經管」,且在跨性別與跨學年度之測量恆等皆成立;此後,透過計算校內各系六因素得分進行分群分析,了解其職涯興趣結構。在此將全校分為4群 ─「人文社會」、「法政財經」、「工程科學」、「醫衛營造」,從中,可觀察到同院各系可能隸屬同一分群,抑或跳脫院之框架,與他院更為相似之科系歸屬於同一群。最後,藉由圖形化分析各院、系六因素得分狀況,可更清晰地比較各系與同院他系間之異同,從中區分出同院較典型之科系。
如此一來,對往後在解讀量表之測驗結果上有更深層之效益,協助校方作行政上之決策、生涯輔導,抑或是學生能藉由六因素結構以及圖形化之呈現更明瞭自我之定位。
英文摘要 The current research examined the factorial structure and its application of the UCAN Career Interest Inventory (UCAN-CII) in a sample of 2,829 students from National Cheng Kung University. Six-factor model: (1) Practicality and planning, (2) Engineering science and technology, (3) Law, politics, finance and economics, (4) Arts and social sciences, (5) Social services, (6) Leadership and management was supported and its measurement invariance across gender and semesters were established. With six mean scores of each typical department of National Cheng Kung University, hierarchical clustering and multidimensional scaling (MDS) were conducted to group similar departments. Four clusters: (1) humanities and social sciences, (2) Law, politics, finance and economics, (3) Engineer and science, (4) Health, medical, and construction were found and the result of MDS revealed a liberal arts/ science dimension of the clustering. With visualizing the six-factor scores of each department, we preliminarily examined the validity and as well showed more information about their vocational interests. Using the six-factor structure and its application of UCAN-CII provided more distinct career guidance for students and the school as well.
