中文摘要 本研究欲探討台灣高鐵執行節能操作上之成效與可行性,於研究過程中以各區間之牽引耗電量值作為區間節能操作之衡量基準,並利用Visual Simulation 7.0軟體計算與分析出各車次所對應之動位能變化、速度曲線分佈、動位能曲線分佈數據圖形等資料,透過模糊多目標規劃法並利用LINDO線性規劃程式及Boolean條件函數等分析工具進行數據之篩選,歸納出各區間達80%節能期望標準以上之節能操作隸屬集合以及其所隸屬之動位能變化、速度曲線分佈、動位能曲線分佈等數據與操作模式,最後運用模糊德爾菲法(Delphi Method),分析出節能操作之限制因素並給予改善建議;於整體節能操作成效方面,北上車次具有2.67%以上之節能成效、南下站車次具有6.85%以上之節能成效,故以台灣高鐵為例,其節能操作實施效用與可行性為肯定的;另外節能操作之限制因素中包含有人員、列車調度運用與時間規劃、風向等項目,如欲降低其所造成之影響,須落實行車人員教育訓練與嚴謹考核、建立標準化節能操作程序、減少非必要臨時速度限制、設定足夠餘裕時間以及規劃備用次要節能操作策略等改善措施,方能獲得最佳節能操作之效益。
英文摘要 The feasibility of energy saving strategy and operation mode that can be applied in Taiwan High Speed Rail. have been investigated, The criterion of energy saving for the best operating mode on each trip division is justified by the various traction power requirement or the operating mode of each trip division. The software of Visual Simulation 7.0 has been adopted to analyze the variation of kinetic energy, potential energy, running speeds, etc. on each trip. . On screening out the best result of energy saving operation mode on the trips, a theory of Fuzzy Multiple Objective Programming has been adopted and the linear programming command of LINDO was used. Base on this analysis, from the data of energy saving operation of trains on each trip, the results indicate that they can reach at least reach 80% of the energy saving criterion. The theory of Delphi Method was used to find out the restriction factors on energy saving operation mode and to find the improving methods. From the result of this study, on the implement of the energy saving strategy for Taiwan High Speed Rail it can reduce the power requirement obviously. On the northbound trains for applying energy saving strategy, it can obtain least 2.67% on saving of the energy efficiency. However, on the southbound trains for applying energy saving strategy, it can obtain least 6.85% on saving of the energy efficiency. It is concluded that on applying the suggested energy saving strategy in the operation of Taiwan High Speed Rail is beneficial. From the Delphi Method, several factors have been observed which are influential on the efficacy of energy saving operating, they are contrived factor, train factor of dispatching and timetable setting arrangement, wind direction and so on, For reducing the harmful influence and improving the implementing energy saving result, it is suggested that a necessary implement on job training and assessment which include the strictly establish the standard operation procedure for energy saving, to reduce unnecessary speed restriction, to schedule a sufficient margin time and to use the backup energy saving strategy. Based on this training, the energy saving strategy and operation mode can enhance its best potency and efficacy.
